Panzitta Enterprises was selected bt and a y Luzerne County Community College as General Contractor for the recently completed Health Sciences Building. The project included the renovation of 42,850 square fee9,500 square foot addition to the former Kanjorski Building on Main Street Nanticoke Pennsylvania

Eckley Miner's Village

Eckley Miner’s Village is one of hundreds of mining towns built during the nineteenth century in Pennsylvania. In 2010, we started a multi-million dollar project to stabilize and preserve many of the buildings in Eckley Miner’s Village.

Saint Stanislaus Apartments

This project involved the conversion on the former St Stanislaus Orphanage into thirty apartments.The Orphanage closed in 1972 and the buildings totaling approximately 45,000 square feet remained vacant until construction began in the Fall of 2009. After a twelve month construction period this facility was transformed from an eyesore into first class apartments.
